Bulletz payments: deposits, cashouts and what each one costs
Start playingBulletz runs on a short list of payment rails rather than a long one, and each works in one direction more than the other. Before you fund an account it helps to know which methods actually pay you back, because not every deposit option does.
Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller and a handful of cryptocurrencies cover both directions here. Cards carry their own payout ceiling, and crypto comes with a quirk worth knowing before you send anything.
Banking at Bulletz: what moves money each way
Every deposit, whatever the method, is charged a fixed €1.00 commission – deposit €20 and €21 leaves your account, with €20 landing in your balance. There's no equivalent charge on the way out: withdrawals are processed without commission.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | Yes | Yes | €4,000 per-transaction payout limit |
| Mastercard | Yes | Yes | €4,000 per-transaction payout limit |
| Skrill | Yes | Yes | Registration restricted in a number of countries |
| Neteller | Yes | Yes | Not available to residents of several countries |
| Cryptocurrency | Yes | Yes | Direct transfers only; ERC20 for ETH, BEP20 not supported |
Minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal both sit at €20, and the main currency on the account is EUR – you'll want to think in euros rather than switch currencies mid-play, since the page carries one currency throughout and so does your balance.
What it costs you beyond the headline fee
The €1.00 deposit charge is the one fee every player pays. The rest only bite if you move money in a way the operator flags as unusual, and they're worth reading before, not after.
- Turnover before withdrawal: a minimum of 3x the deposit for slots, 5x for everything else, before you can cash out penalty-free.
- Early withdrawal fee: request a payout before hitting that turnover and we reserve the right to charge 20% of the withdrawal amount.
- Deposit-withdraw-deposit cycling: repeated same-day deposit-then-withdraw patterns can also trigger a 20% fee.
- Failed withdrawal: wrong bank details on a payout attempt costs €25 per failed transfer.
- Method-switch fee: withdrawing via a different method to the one you deposited with may carry an extra charge – funds generally need to leave the way they arrived.
- Inactive account fee: applies once an account sits untouched – no bets, deposits, withdrawals or transfers – for 13 consecutive months.
Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal ceilings run at €2,000 a day, €5,000 a week and €10,000 a month. If you've been playing through bonus funds from our welcome package, winnings from it are capped at €500 a week until the balance clears below €10 or everything's been withdrawn.
Getting your money out
A withdrawal request at Bulletz follows the same basic sequence most licensed sites use, with our own limits layered on top.
- Open the cashier and select withdraw rather than deposit.
- Choose the same method you used to fund the account – it's the one your payout has to follow.
- Enter an amount above the €20 minimum and within your daily/weekly/monthly ceiling.
- Complete verification if this is your first withdrawal or you haven't been through KYC yet.
- Submit the request – it joins the processing queue from that point.
How long a payout actually takes
We process payout requests in queue order, within 72 hours of submission – that's our stated window, not a guarantee of same-day payment. Where you land in that window depends on a few things working together.
Verification status matters most: an account still on "Temporarily Approved" after document upload can't withdraw at all until the KYC team – which reviews within 24 hours of a submission – clears it. Large wins also add a step: a balance over €25,000, a win more than 5,000x the original stake, or a single win above €10,000 triggers a game check that can run up to 7 working days. Card and e-wallet payouts then take their own route once released – generally the slower half of the round trip compared with how fast the deposit landed.
Proving who you are
Full verification becomes compulsory once your lifetime deposits pass €2,000, or the moment you request any withdrawal, whichever comes first. You'll be asked for a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID or birth certificate), a selfie holding that document, and a bank statement or utility bill no older than six months.
A payment card may also be requested, with the first six and last four digits visible and the CVV covered. Depending on the amount involved, we can ask for further proof – notarised ID, bank references or documentation showing where your funds came from. Until documents clear, deposits are capped at €500 in total and withdrawals stay blocked; the KYC team emails you with the outcome within 24 hours of upload.
If a withdrawal is held up or refused
Most delays trace back to one of three things: verification that hasn't been completed, a turnover requirement not yet met, or a game check triggered by a large win. None of these are refusals – they're conditions that need clearing first.
If your payout seems stuck longer than the stated window, contact support with the transaction date, the amount, and the method you withdrew to – that's what lets the team trace a specific request rather than your account in general. Our support team is reachable around the clock through live chat, by email, or by phone.
Keeping withdrawals part of the entertainment, not the stress
Money moving slower than you'd like is still a normal part of regulated play, not a sign anything's wrong. If chasing a withdrawal starts to feel like more than you bargained for, that's worth a pause in its own right – GamCare (National Gambling Helpline: 0808 8020 133, free, 24/7) and BeGambleAware offer free, confidential support. This site is for players aged 18 and over (18+) only.
